ST. GEORGE — St. George Police are asking for the public’s aid in locating a missing woman with diminished mental capacity.

In an alert sent to city residents around 9:30 p.m. Monday, the police asked for help in finding 67-year-old Sandra Criddle who was last seen in the area of 1250 East and 1050 South around 5:30 p.m. and was on foot.

She was also seen wearing a light blue shirt, jeans and sandals before she went missing.

“Due to her mental capacity, please do not approach Sandra,” the police ask in the alert. “We are not asking for volunteers at this time. Please check around your home or business.”

Anyone with possible information relating to Criddle’s whereabouts is asked to call St. George Police dispatch at 435-627-4300.
